Even though shipping is free when you order above $49 or more, we don't believe it should take a long time. Pillow perfect recognizes the importance of getting your orders to you quickly, so we make every effort to begin processing your orders as soon as we receive them. Once you place an order on our website, you an expect to receive an email from us with your order tracking information within 3-5 business days. The majority of our pillows and cushions are made to order in our Woodstock, GA manufacturing facility.
